An interactive VR experience allowing prospective buyers to explore a premium residence before construction.
Challenge
A premium residence is usually sold from a plan, a render and a scale model. Buyers making one of the largest decisions of their lives are asked to imagine proportion, light and flow from flat drawings.
Approach
We treat the apartment as a place rather than a presentation. The buyer enters at the door, moves at human height, and the sales conversation follows them through the home instead of pointing at a wall.
