Training on live equipment means downtime, supervision and risk. Classroom material teaches the procedure but not the judgement required when something goes wrong.
Approach
The procedure is rebuilt as a space with consequences. Trainees repeat it until the sequence is instinctive, including the failure states that are unsafe to stage in reality.
